Landlord and Tenant Board: We represent both landlords and tenants at LTB hearings including evictions, rent disputes, maintenance issues, N12 and N13 notices, above-guideline rent increases, and bad faith eviction claims. Small Claims Court: We handle debt collection, contract disputes, property damage claims, consumer disputes, and other civil matters up to $50,000. Human Rights Tribunal: We file and defend HRTO applications for workplace discrimination, housing discrimination, service discrimination, and harassment based on protected grounds.
